We explore mixed-use projects and entertainment. Dynamic, customizable and hyper-mixed, the building becomes an open platform for generating disruptive experiences.
Design exercise developed for the 2019 edition of Disruption Days, an international event that is a laboratory for innovation in real estate that seeks to generate new business concepts applicable to the Latin American region, integrate the best international practices, encourage debate among participants, give rise to new conceptual values of real estate and learn about global innovation practices that can be applied in Latin America.
The challenge was to present a prototype mixed-use project that focused on entertainment and included the GP team’s most innovative ideas. There were no government or budget restrictions. The proposal presented focuses on the brand experience above and beyond the object itself, and seeks to spawn a useful public space, moving from physical to dynamic rent and from the building as object to the building as platform, while managing to create engagement, or an emotional link with the site.
