Carrasco Valley: Construction of a New Corporate Hub in Uruguay Begins in January 2021

The new corporate hub, Carrasco Valley, will be located at the corner of Costa Rica and Rivera in the Carrasco neighborhood of Montevideo, Uruguay.
The project is being developed by a consortium consisting of Carlos Lecueder (Estudio Luis E. Lecueder), Mauricio Levitin (Altius Group), and Ximena de Azpitarte (DAG Emprendimientos).
The complex will include the old mansion on the site, which will be remodeled, and the construction of two four-story corporate buildings, totaling 6,600 m².
Additionally, plans include a commercial and service promenade on the ground floor and 130 parking spaces.
The project, developed in collaboration with JDVA Architects, will be Leed Gold certified, ensuring sustainability in terms of materials, construction resources, energy efficiency, water use, environmental quality, design innovation, and other environmentally friendly measures.
