In terms of the Real Estate sector in Peru, the outlook remains positive, especially in the residential market, due to the transformation of businesses originally aimed at retail, which are now focusing on the multifamily model. Moreover, the retail market continues to attract interest in Peru, with several investors planning to open properties in various locations across the country throughout 2022 and 2023. These projects include supermarkets, shopping centers, stores, and remodeling projects.
