On November 18th and 19th, the Ecuador Open for Business 2021 took place, marking Ecuador's most significant investment forum. Investors, business leaders, and high-profile experts from around the world gathered to discuss the most innovative themes related to investments and public-private partnerships. Spanning two days, the event was dedicated to revitalizing and reengaging the country's productive sectors.
Our director, Martín Gómez Platero, participated in the panel "Ecuador as a Real Estate Investment Destination" alongside Darío V. Herrera, Minister of Urban Development and Housing, Republic of Ecuador; Jorge Castañares, managing partner at Xpertha Capital; and José Antonio Ponce, Vice President & CEO, Nobis Consortium. The panel was moderated by Mario Burbano.
This event provided the perfect setting to forge long-term partnerships in the country. It featured a forum that welcomed experts on the most innovative topics related to investments and public-private partnerships, a public projects fair open to delegation processes, and a business roundtable for public-private and private-private meetings.
