On November 4th, our founder and director, Martín Gómez Platero, took part in the panel discussion "Considerations for Planning Micro-Cities to Foster Healthy Communities." Real estate developments that integrate housing, offices, shops, restaurants, and more are already a trend in the country's largest cities. These areas, where land for new developments in central zones is limited, must make the most efficient use of available space. In the context of the 'New Normal,' these properties are set to gain even more prominence. 

The panel also featured Juan Carlos Alfonso, CEO at Woldstrat; Ausencio Lomelín, President at Colliers International Mexico; and Víctor Ibarra, General Director at Opera Desarrolladores. It was moderated by Lourdes Salinas from Three Environmental Consulting. 

EXNI 2021 marked a new event organized by Inmobiliare. Held from November 3rd to 5th at Torre Chapultepec Uno in Mexico City, it was considered the most important Real Estate event of the year. With more than 40 digital stands, 3 networking stations, live music, and a closing cocktail, the event was broadcasted via Facebook Live.
