Expo Real Estate Bolivia

On May 13th, 14th, and 15th, the first-ever Bolivia Real Estate Development and Investment Congress took place at the FEXPOCRUZ convention center in Santa Cruz de la Sierra.

This landmark event marked Latin America's premier Real Estate business and investment gathering's debut in Bolivia, featuring a comprehensive schedule of exhibitions and the sharing of significant innovations, trends, and strategic insights in the sector, led by leading figures from the regional and global real estate industry. 

Throughout the exhibition days, Real Estate developers, urban planners, and financial institutions showcased a broad spectrum of Real Estate and commercial projects in various formats. Visitors had the chance to connect with the industry's leading brands, securing direct financing for new and pre-owned properties, plots, estates, residential communities, commercial premises, and even luxury homes, all located in Santa Cruz. 

Gómez Platero Architecture & Urbanism was represented by Gonzalo Puceiro, GP Manager, who took part in the panel titled "Post-Pandemic Real Estate: Has the Consumer Profile Changed?" along with Magdalena Day (CEO of Grupo Mday, Argentina), Alberto Frankrajch (Partner and Director at LDG Company GLEX Group, USA), and the moderator Leandro Terrulli (Partner & CEO of Avanza Desarrollos, Paraguay).
