Expo Real Estate Paraguay

On July 6 and 7, the first edition of the Expo Real Estate Paraguay 2022 Congress on Real Estate Developments and Investments was held, organized by the SyG group at Paseo La Galería, Asunción.

The expo featured over 50 international speakers and the participation of leading developers, architects, investors, and key figures from the Paraguayan real estate market and the entire region. It created a space for the exchange of experiences and specialized knowledge that always manages to enrich the entire industry. 

Various representatives from the regional real estate sector highlighted the current growth opportunities the country offers for foreign investors, especially in residential programs and mixed-use applications. 

Gonzalo Puceiro, an architect and manager of the studio, participated in a panel about the "Role of architects in the process of change towards a new form of professional management." along with Sandro Ortiz (partner at Oklands), Martín Jasper (founder of Jasper Architects), César Aquino (CEO of aquino + by césar aquino), and moderated by Malí Vazquez (director of CEDU).  

Arturo de los Santos, our pre-project manager, gave a talk titled "Sustainable urban development and mixed-use projects." 

Using some of our main projects, Arturo presented the studio's vision on the hybrid genetics of real estate developments and how these should be executed to create healthy and connected communities.
