With strong public-private sector initiatives and a projected 94% growth in investment in construction for 2023, Salta is experiencing an economic boom that has begun to drive strong demand for Real Estate projects. In turn, this context promotes the creation of new urbanities that can effectively respond to current challenges, enhancing the growth of the Argentine city in profitable, sustainable, and sustainable ways over time.
In light of the specifics of this new scenario, the closing edition of the cycle "Let's talk about what's coming: Urban developments" took place on November 24, a day of conferences and panels on architecture and urbanism, organized by the Salta newspaper El Tribuno.
Held at the Jockey Club Salta Golf, the event saw the participation of different regional actors within real estate: developers, entrepreneurs, construction companies, and union representatives, who presented their visions and shared their experiences on the urban development of the Argentine province, along with the most relevant advances and trends for the sector.
GP featured the participation of Álvaro Sorrondegui, Manager of Executive Project area of the Studio, who gave a presentation titled "The city and housing as supports for life projects." The talk focused on our way of conceiving each urban project, blurring the boundaries between public and private, between artificial and natural, creating hybrid natures of inhabiting the city.
The presentation was marked by the different concepts that make an urban project effective, applied in the urban and mixed-use projects we carry out. Through these examples, Álvaro discussed the different relationships and spheres that are formed between the new buildings and the city.
