GP at Expo Real Estate Argentina 2023
Betting on quality and leveraging experience as tools for real estate growth in challenging contexts were the thematic axes of the conferences and workshops at the latest edition of the event.

The 2023 edition of the Expo Real Estate Argentina, organized by Grupo SyG, took place on August 16 and 17 at the Hilton hotel in Buenos Aires and saw record attendance figures. More than 100 stands and 70 conferences brought together developers, ventures, real estate agencies, service companies, and suppliers from the national and international sector.
During the 13th Congress on Real Estate Development and Investments, held alongside the Expo, topics such as best practices in real estate developments in LATAM, investments and developments in hospitality, new business models in real estate, fresh architectural perspectives and approaches, and sector trends and innovations were discussed, among others.
Gonzalo Puceiro, Director of the Studio, gave a talk titled "Innovation and Opportunity: new ways of living as a driver of Real Estate Development." Meanwhile, Santiago Pérez from the business development area presented a workshop titled "Niche Architecture" that highlights the architect's role in the commercial success of real estate developments.
Another highlight of the event was the launch of the new book "Manual for Developers" by author and president of CEDU (Chamber of Urban Developers) Damián Tabakman, which reveals an impactful perspective on real estate development in society.
"The vast majority of the lectures and workshops focused on the challenges facing the sector with a view to the future. The presentations placed special emphasis on the commitment to growth and the capitalization of experience as a path to development," concluded Santiago Pérez.
This new edition, Expo Real Estate Argentina, established itself as a must-attend event for key industry players who shared strategic visions, trends, and innovations in local, national, regional, and global Real Estate.
