On June 29 and 30, the event organized by Grupo SG took place at the Paseo Galería in Asunción and brought together about 100 exhibitors who, through various talks and themes, presented a comprehensive overview of the characteristics that the real estate sector currently offers for the country's development.

The representative of the Paraguayan Chamber of Real Estate Developers (CAPADEI), Raúl Constantino, highlighted the importance of such events by showing the significant participation of the real estate market in the local economy, where various public policies related to housing and other topics linked to financing in the sector were presented.

On the other hand, Damián Tabakman, president of the Chamber of Urban Developers of Argentina (CEDU) and academic director of the Expo, celebrated the recent achievements of the real estate sector in the country and emphasized the quality of the topics discussed during the congress.

Technology applied in real estate, the latest marketing strategies, and the best practices related to sustainability were some of the key themes of this latest edition.

On Friday, June 30, as part of the congress activities, Álvaro Sorrondegui, an architect and manager of the studio, gave a talk titled "Sharing, Connecting, and Cohabiting," where, based on different projects carried out by GP, he showed how architecture and urban planning can enhance human connections, exploring new concepts that promote the creation of inclusive, efficient, and sustainable spaces in our cities.

Likewise, that same afternoon, Carolina Pereiro, an architect and executive project manager, conducted a workshop titled "Strategies in the Design of Corporate Spaces," where she presented various proposals, applications, and innovations in architectural design to create or transform office spaces into business platforms and positive experiences for the city.
