Furthermore, the Real Estate sector is one of the most crucial areas for the country's economic development, as it not only represents a significant source of employment but also constitutes one of the main options for savings and investment.

Against this backdrop of challenges and opportunities, the 4th edition of Expo Real Estate Peru was held on April 19th and 20th. This event brings together leading brands and personalities from the construction and real estate industry, organized by SyG Group and the Association of Real Estate Developers (ADI) of Peru

The event took place at the Country Club Hotel in Lima, where more than 50 stands, workshops, and speakers provided the perfect setting to showcase the latest trends, innovations, and comprehensive solutions to the international real estate sector, applicable to the Latin American region.

The conference featured the participation of Álvaro Sorrondegui, Executive Project Director of the Studio, who took part in a panel titled "Great architects that transform cities," discussing the paradigm shifts leading to urban restructuring from an international perspective.

The panel also included Alfonso de la Piedra (general manager of DLPS), Mónica Alterwain (LATAM studio manager of Jasper Architects), and was moderated by Andrea Fuks.
