We were honored with another invitation to participate in Expo Real Estate Uruguay 2020. Held virtually due to health considerations, this exhibition convened leading figures from the regional market in a singular forum. Here, participants not only assessed investment opportunities and business ventures but also engaged in networking and shared insights on industry trends.
On Wednesday, December 9th, at 6 PM, Martín Gómez Platero took part in a panel discussion. Moderated by Damián Tabakman, president of CEDU, the session was titled "The Imminent and Profound Transformation of Montevideo's Real Estate Dynamics." The panel also included Manuel Augusto Valdes, Commercial Manager at CRIBA; Nestor Sztryk, Director of Sztryk Real Estate Lab; Fabián Kopel, Co-CEO of Kopel Sanchez Desarrollos; and Daniel Porcaro, Academic Coordinator of the Real Estate Development Diploma at Universidad ORT.
