GRI Club, the renowned meeting and networking platform that brings together leading professionals from the real estate, architecture, and infrastructure sectors, celebrated three significant events across the globe this year.

This marks the second year that the Studio has participated in these meetings, which promote innovation and development in the real estate sector through the exchange of experiences among regional leaders. Through the testimonials of Studio members who attended these events, we compose a vision for the future of the real estate sector in Latin America.
Latin America GRI Club.
In this edition, held on May 11 and 12 at The Westin New York at Times Square, the Studio was represented by Ricardo Fernández, our Regional Business Development Manager. The main themes focused on the reformulation of urban spaces, the relevance of amenities, and the diversity of proposals in housing projects. The commercial and mixed-use program also had its moment in the discussions, emphasizing public space as a central axis in the valuation of projects. Finally, Maraey was presented as a success story that highlights the importance of the environment and green space in mixed-use projects.

GRI Club Peru & Chile.
Rafael Baquerizo, Business Development Executive of the Studio, participated in this event, which took place on August 23 and 24 at The Westin Lima Hotel. Various topics were addressed, highlighting the consolidating trend of the multifamily market in Latin America, emulating patterns observed in the United States. The talks and panels emphasized residential mobility, the evolution of the office market, and corporate rent.
GRI Club Mexico.
Arianna Guerrero, Business Development Executive for Gomez Platero in Mexico, was present at this event, which brought together 200 participants at the St. Regis Hotel in Mexico City, on August 30 and 31. The discussions highlighted the growth of nearshoring in Mexico, with a deep analysis of its advantages and the country's potential in this area. The adaptation of spaces in retail, the future of the hotel and tourism sector, and the emergence of branded residences in premium locations were also examined.
Through these meetings, GRI Club has established itself as a leading platform for high-level executives from the real estate, architectural, and infrastructure sectors, proving that the exchange of experiences is the most enriching path for growth.
