Our Regional Business Development Manager, Ricardo Fernández, participated in the REB+ Summit 2021, held on August 24th and 25th in Guadalajara, Mexico. There, he shared GP's perspective on urban planning and sustainable architecture in a panel alongside Alan Rahmane Azar from CRAFT Architects and Developments, and Erico García García from Inmobiliare.

"I believe it's crucial to design projects with the users in mind, creating platforms for the community. Studies indicate that a person's happiness does not lie in material possessions or professional success but in the quality relationships they've managed to maintain throughout their life. I think that urban and building projects should act as incubators for fostering these communities and relationships. It's in these shared areas where we need to invest, as they are strategic for characterizing and adding value to the sales area. We must achieve a healthy balance between these common spaces and the saleable square meters to nurture community and relationships among the different individuals who use them," Fernández noted during the discussion.
