GP Talks Sessions is a platform designed to explore and analyze the transformations shaping the Real Estate sector in Mexico and Latin America. This live series complements the content of GP Talks, a podcast dedicated to fostering conversations about architecture, urbanism, and Real Estate development. Both initiatives are part of GP Inside, a dynamic space for knowledge sharing through diverse formats such as articles, research, interviews, and publications.
Each GP Talks Session dives into the sector’s challenges and opportunities, focusing on key topics like hypermixed hospitality—a strategy that integrates urban functions to meet the needs of modern developments. Expert-led panels discuss themes ranging from innovation in urban design to the evolving dynamics of the market, delivering actionable insights for projects across various contexts and geographies.
The inaugural session took place on July 11 at ABC&D in Envigado, Antioquia, in Medellín, Colombia. Esteemed panelists included Valentina Luque, Senior Manager Developer at Hilton for LATAM and the Caribbean; Lucas Gómez Cuartas, General Manager and Founder of Trazos Urbanos; Ricardo Boada, Director of Strategic Investments at Yellowstone Capital Partners; and Ricardo Fernandez, Regional Business Development Manager at Gómez Platero Architecture and Urbanism. The session was led by Julián Dos Santos, Head of Business Development for Colombia.

The second edition was held on October 24 at the Salón Puebla in Hotel Camino Real Polanco, Mexico City, with a focus on hypermixed hospitality. The panel was introduced by Carlos Sánchez Pelayo, Head of Business Development for Mexico, and moderated by Santiago Pérez, Head of International Business Development. Expert contributors included Jorge Castañares, Managing Partner of Xpertha Capital and ITAM professor, and Adrián Hidalgo, Chief Commercial Officer at 4S Real Estate.
