GP took part in the first two GRI Club 2025 events.

In March and April, two editions of GRI Club Real Estate took place in Mexico and Colombia. This networking platform brings together leaders from the real estate, architecture, and infrastructure sectors in exclusive gatherings that foster idea exchange, connections with investment funds, and the development of strategic relationships.
Urban investment and hospitality development were central themes at the recent GRI Club meetings, which brought together industry leaders to exchange perspectives on the future of real estate in the region.
On March 20, the event “GRI Club Urban Development in Colombia” was held in Medellín. Julián dos Santos, Business Development Manager for Colombia at Gómez Platero Architecture and Urbanism, took part in the session, which brought together leaders from the real estate, architecture, and infrastructure sectors to discuss progress in urban planning, sustainability, and public-private collaboration. The event highlighted the potential of the rental market and the growing consolidation of the multifamily model as an investment opportunity, within a context of urban transformation and sustained housing demand.

On April 3, Carlos Sánchez, Business Development Manager in Mexico, attended the “GRI Club Hospitality Investment Projects” event in Mexico City. The session focused on analyzing the current outlook of the hospitality sector, shaped by a complex political and commercial environment. Despite ongoing uncertainty, the sector continues to demonstrate resilience and adaptability. The discussion reaffirmed interest in the development of new projects, emphasizing the industry's strategic role in the economy and the importance of fostering dialogue to strengthen investment and innovation in hospitality.
