New Architectural Perspectives at REBS Guadalajara 2024

On September 12, the REBS Guadalajara event will take place at the Hilton Guadalajara Midtown, bringing together over 200 Real Estate professionals to explore emerging trends and capitalize on opportunities in one of Mexico's most dynamic regions. 

Key topics will include technological advancements in Real Estate, the impact of nearshoring on Mexico’s economy, and global insights into the industrial market.

Data from the Real Estate platform Tasvalúo, shows a monthly absorption rate for housing units ranging from 0.1 to 13.3, highlighting a strong market driven by high demand. This positions Guadalajara as a key region for investment, with growing opportunities for developers and buyers alike.
