GP participated in a new edition of the Real Estate Business Summit in Monterrey, Mexico. Organized by Inmobiliare, the event took place on October 14th and 15th at the Club de Golf La Herradura, featuring a hybrid format with 4 business conferences. 

Our Regional Business Development Manager, Ricardo Fernández, joined Alfredo Galeano from Beck, Marco Garza from GM Capital, and Jean Michelle Collonier from Collonier Architects on the panel discussing the design and planning of new vertical projects: "How to Make the Most of New Spaces in Buildings." The session was moderated by César Ulises Treviño. 

The aim of these conferences is to generate investment and development opportunities in the northern region of Mexico. Currently, Monterrey offers an encouraging Real Estate future, driven by the dynamics and strength of the industrial, residential, and tourism markets. Its culture and bilateral commercial relationships are accelerating economic recovery, factors that make the region one of the most attractive for developing new businesses.
