REBS+ Monterrey 2022

On September 22nd and 23rd, a new edition of one of the continent's leading congresses on architecture and Real Estate, REBS+ Monterrey 2022, was held. The event, organized by 2B2 Media, took place at the Club de Golf La Herradura, located in the south of the Mexican city.

The event gathered the main players from the Real Estate, architectural, and infrastructure sectors of the region for two days of networking, specialized knowledge sharing, and exhibitions on investment, sustainability, business, and trends. 

Both participants and speakers concurred that Monterrey continues to solidify its position as a highly profitable and rewarding investment destination within the real estate sector. 

Its labor productivity, market stability, infrastructure, and connectivity with the rest of the country, along with its proximity to the United States, have positioned Monterrey among the top 10 cities for real estate investment.  

We participated in the panel titled "The New Real Estate Development in Monterrey," featuring Álvaro Sorrondegui, our Executive Project Director, alongside Benjamín Garza Mercado (GM Capital), Eugenio Christian Fernández (Astra), Jorge González Mogas (Altio Capital), and Gerardo Ramírez (JLL).

Arianna Guerrero, our Business Development Executive for Mexico, also attended the congress. She had the opportunity to engage with our clients and prospects, making the most of the networking opportunities.
