The congress was held at the El Salitre hacienda, located in the northern part of the city, and featured participation from the country's leading figures in the industrial, logistical, real estate, and governmental sectors.
Gómez Platero Architecture & Urbanism was represented by Arianna Guerrero and Omar Peña, members of the Business Development team for the Mexican region. Here are their insights:
"Querétaro is primarily an industrial city, with an ideal location in the center of the country and great connectivity capacity to host any type of industrial development. Although the congress mainly focused on industrial topics, it also highlighted the importance of housing, both vertical and horizontal, and the development of mixed-use buildings to match the growth of the city's productive sector." - Omar Peña, Business Development Executive.
"For several years now, Querétaro has emerged as one of the main investment destinations, thanks to its status as one of the fastest-growing real estate markets in the country, especially in the industrial and housing sectors. Furthermore, with the establishment of the new normal and remote work as commonplace, the city has started to incorporate new mixed-use projects to offer various services within short distances. This approach has facilitated significant exponential development, making it an even better place to live." – Arianna Guerrero, Business Development Executive.
