The project seeks to articulate:
-The institutional character of the hospital, expressed in a group of buildings with an architectural imprint with a strong identity.
-The urban and environmental nature of a site strongly determined by generous green spaces and the presence of a residential fabric of traditional upscale and luxury homes.
To resolve these conflicts, the project is intentionally implemented on an avenue with good accessibility outside the most sensitive areas of greatest value.
Within the strict limits of the program, the building expresses its institutional imprint through new instruments: the strong presence of landscaped outdoor areas, the diverse use of materials, the emphasis on the transparency of the outer skin and the panoramic terraces.
