The Carrasco Boating residential project is set along the shores of Lake Calcagno in Canelones, an area rapidly emerging as a prime real estate hub near Montevideo.
Known for its seamless integration of residential and mixed-use developments, the location combines natural beauty with proximity to key urban centers, driving infrastructure growth and enhancing public spaces, while preserving the surrounding ecosystem.
Designed in phases, the project’s architectural concept is focused on maximizing the site's natural landscape. The distinctive geography of the lake, with its evolving waterfront, is complemented by the unique peninsular setting. Close to Roosevelt Park, major roadways, and the Carrasco International Airport, the project offers unparalleled convenience and accessibility.
The first phase features Towers 1 and 2, situated directly on the lakefront. Part of a larger development including five towers and multi-level lakeside villas, these towers are strategically positioned to offer 360-degree, uninterrupted views of the natural surroundings. With a sleek rectangular form and rounded edges, each tower rises 17 stories above a ground-level podium.
Each floor is equipped with two vertical cores and houses eight residential units, all with expansive views. The modern façade emphasizes horizontal lines along the slab edges and railings, creating a contemporary yet balanced aesthetic.
This phase also includes a selection of two- and three-level villas with private lake access, along with a comprehensive range of shared amenities. These include indoor and outdoor pools with a lakeside deck, sports areas, a gym, and gourmet barbecue spaces.
A thoughtfully designed central plaza serves as the entryway to both the towers and the shared amenities, providing a landscaped approach to the lobbies and communal areas.
