The development prides itself on achieving the LEED Gold certification, underscoring its commitment to sustainability through the use of eco-friendly materials, innovative construction techniques, energy and water efficiency, enhanced environmental quality, and design innovation. 

Spanning a total area of 6600 m², the North and South Towers stand in harmonious alignment with the original mansion. These edifices feature a seamless entrance leading to a ground-floor commercial concourse, supplemented by three upper levels dedicated to office space. A notable architectural feat is the utilization of a beamless reinforced concrete slab structure, complemented by glass curtain wall facades equipped with solar protection. The design is crowned with pergolas and metallic eaves adorning the top of the third level. 

A strategically designed basement serves as the nexus linking the trio of buildings, accommodating parking facilities, technical spaces, and providing access to each building's vertical circulation systems. 

The project rollout was segmented into two phases. The initial phase, spearheaded by Altius Group, Estudio Luis Lecueder, and DAG Emprendimientos, focused on the construction of the new buildings, basements, and the landscaping of external areas. The subsequent phase was dedicated to the restoration and functional repurposing of the historically protected building. 

Moreover, the development plan includes the expansion of Av. Rivera, paving the way for a new public square, further enhancing the urban fabric of the area. This comprehensive approach not only revitalizes a historic site but also sets a benchmark for sustainable urban development in Montevideo.
