Situated to the north of Palmar, in a location blessed with exceptional landscape qualities, this area spans 80 hectares with a 600-meter oceanfront, marked by the sweeping arc of Playa Rosada.
The design harnesses the site's natural and geographical features to reimagine a new tourist destination, aiming to establish itself as a premier residential center. It is meticulously planned to adjust and adapt across various scales, enhancing and broadening the enjoyment of both indoor and outdoor spaces.
Furthermore, the project is envisioned as a diverse environmental entity where architecture and nature are seamlessly blended in a sustainable manner. This creates hybrid units where natural elements are woven into the architectural fabric, which in turn harmoniously blends into the natural landscape.
Echoing the motion of waves reaching the shore, the arrangement of buildings and amenities along the new oceanfront outlines a series of recursive curves that enrich the beachfront experience. The design's focus on the coast is neatly framed by the elevated rocky peninsulas that define the oceanfront.
