In accordance with the functional needs of the institution and its identity, an integral concept was implemented that included everything from architectural design, materiality and equipment to construction details and graphic design.
The simple construction plan included a central hall with an open and participatory interior garden office. Outside the central space, unique features were designed: a library hall with a striking green wall and a meeting box. The private offices were placed along the sides. The ceiling was exposed and the colors of the Ecuadorian flag were subtly incorporated into the design: yellow, red and blue.
