This project is situated on an island, nestled within a landscape of pristine natural beauty. The environmental aspect serves as the cornerstone of the conceptual design, clearly reflected in its harmonious integration with the ecosystem, energy efficiency, waste management, effluent reuse, and the smart operation of the complex. This environmentally sustainable approach ensures that the venture not only minimizes significant environmental impacts but also becomes a catalyst for the island's environmental stewardship.
The venture's features and components are designed to blend seamlessly with the surrounding nature, including the placement of modules, number of rooms, footprint, heights, aesthetic, connection to the terrain, entrances, etc.
The hotel design is intentionally low-impact, minimizing visibility from key vantage points. From the outset, efforts were made to reduce the environmental footprint by adapting to the natural contours of the land, respecting the coastline, and setting the construction back from the beachfront.
By integrating seamlessly with the existing ecosystem, the project not only aims to preserve the island's natural heritage but also to enhance it.
