The Torres del Prado Building, situated in Montevideo, Uruguay, represents a residential development spanning 22 000 m², positioned on a plot at an intersection, it boasts a unique configuration that streamlines the distribution and organization of its diverse functional areas.
This project stands out for its seamless integration of services and outdoor spaces, complementing the natural surroundings of the neighborhood, renowned for its lush vegetation and expansive green spaces.
The primary entrance to the residential complex is located on Joaquín Suarez Avenue, a prominent tree-lined thoroughfare meandering through sophisticated residences and parks in the Prado, a residential neighborhood steeped in rich architectural and cultural heritage.
A garden, functioning as a transitional zone between the street and the building, incorporates a diverse array of native vegetation, enhancing the integration of the natural environment into the design and providing a compelling contrast with architectural uniformity.
The complex comprises three towers emerging from a unified base, each maintaining independent access points. The design, intentionally devoid of ornamentation, champions simplicity by employing straight lines, alternating planes, eaves, and a dynamic interplay between filled and empty spaces to create visual density. The color palette, textures, and materials adhere to a neutral spectrum.
Apartments vary in size, offering configurations ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms and 1 to 3 bathrooms, featuring terraces reaching up to 57 m². These units are meticulously designed to maximize panoramic views towards the Prado and Montevideo Bay, ensuring a premium residential experience.
Building amenities include an outdoor pool, a party room, a gym, a playroom for children, and a barbecue area, all crafted to enhance the recreational and leisure experiences of residents.
The architectural and amenity proposals of Torres del Prado are meticulously conceived to shape a contemporary and functional residential space deeply rooted in its urban and natural context.
