Architect Construction Management (Ref. DO24)

What challenges await you?

You will be part of the Site Management team collaborating with the projects of the Studio, ensuring implementation and guaranteeing compliance with quality, time, and investment as projected. You will handle the technical and human relationship with the various stakeholders (client, Management, Construction Company, subcontractors, State entities), keeping the interested parties informed of the progress of the work, producing the monthly reports delivered to the client, and auditing the generation of additional work.

What do we expect from you?

• Graduated architect
• Have experience of more than 2 years in similar positions in medium and/or large-scale projects
• Own vehicle (highly valued)
• Ability to work in a team, planning and organization skills, communication skills, and sense of urgency
