Architect for Construction Management (Ref. DO25)

Role

You will be part of the Construction Management team, ensuring on-site implementation and guaranteeing quality, time, and investment compliance for one of the Studio's projects. You will manage technical and human relationships with various stakeholders, keeping interested parties informed about the progress of the construction, preparing monthly reports for the client, and auditing the generation of additional work orders.

Requirements

• Be a graduated architect
• Have more than 4 years of experience in similar positions on medium and/or large-scale projects
• Own a vehicle (highly valued)
• Have the ability to work in a team, plan and organize, communicate effectively, and have a sense of urgency
