Concept & Schematic Design Architect (Ref. AA24)

Role

You will have the opportunity to be part of a specialized team dedicated to designing projects and creating architectural experiences, actively participating in all stages of the design and management process of Architectural Concept & Schematic Design and Urban Masterplans.

We are looking for responsible, creative, and efficient professionals with outstanding skills in graphic production and proposal development. We value the ability to innovate, organize, communicate, work in teams, and solve problems effectively.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop the design and production of the architectural and/or technical aspects of a project.
• Possess knowledge of architectural design and communication, technical details, and building regulations.
• Produce architectural graphics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Professional experience in architectural projects for more than 2 years, with a strong emphasis on experience in Concept & Schematic Design.
• Advanced level of AutoCAD and Adobe Illustrator.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Strong conceptual talent, graphic, and design skills.
• Knowledge and use of Revit, Photoshop, Indesign, After Effects, Sketchup, and Lumion will be highly valued.
• Developed leadership skills, interpersonal relationships, handling difficult situations, and analytical capacity.
• Availability for full-time work.
