Construction Management Assistant (Ref. AGO25)

Responsibilities

You will be part of the Management team, assisting the Project Manager assigned to you to meet the agreed cost, time, and quality objectives.

You will participate in important architectural and commercial infrastructure developments, taking part in negotiations with construction companies, subcontractors, and suppliers for various contract awards.

Role

• Advanced student or recent graduate in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• Work experience in similar roles and/or site management for more than 1 year.
• Proficiency in role-appropriate computer tools.
• Developed negotiation skills, analytical and numerical abilities.
• Intermediate/advanced English proficiency (valuable).
