IT Support (Ref. IT24)

Role

You will be part of the IT team, performing tasks related to support, administration, and maintenance of the Studio's Hardware and Software resources. Additionally, you will collaborate in the development, maintenance, and implementation of applications, new systems, and technology services.

• This selection process is in accordance with Law No. 19.691 and its regulatory decree High School diploma (mandatory)
• Technical training related to computer maintenance and/or higher education related to IT
• Over 2 years of experience in similar roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Intermediate knowledge and/or courses in PC maintenance and assembly
• Knowledge of network administration and Power Platforms will be valued

Basic knowledge of Machine Learning, Generative AI, and similar tools; RPA, SQL, or Databases; Management and administration of Active Directory will be desirable

Technical English proficiency

Strong customer orientation, communication skills, a sense of urgency, and proactivity. 73/019.
