Permit Department Architect (Ref. AH24)

Role

You will be part of the team responsible for ensuring that the firm's projects obtain the necessary governmental permits to be completed on time and according to plan.

Requirements

• Experience in preparing and/or supervising the preparation of files for submission to local and national authorities, as well as knowledge of national and local construction regulations.

• Degree in Architecture.

• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

• Strong client focus, communication skills, a sense of urgency, and proactivity.

• Knowledge of project management will be valued.
