As part of the PMO team, you will be responsible for coordinating Architecture & Urbanism projects from their conception to their completion, ensuring that the established objectives, deadlines, and quality standards are met. Your role will be essential in guaranteeing the efficiency and success of the projects you are involved in.

Your biggest challenge will be serving as the point of contact between the client and the various teams involved in the projects, with whom you will work in close collaboration.

Requirements

• Degree in architecture.
• Developed communication skills, result-oriented, proactive, critical analysis, and negotiation skills.
• More than 2 years of experience leading or supporting architecture and construction projects.
• Proficiency in Excel, presentation tools, and report design.
• Basic knowledge of project time and resource management systems.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Availability and flexible hours.
• Availability to work on-site at our offices in Montevideo.
• Training in Project Management, Process Management, negotiation, coaching, and similar will be valued.
