Senior Construction manager (Ref. DO25)

Role

You will be part of the Construction Management team as the resident Construction Manager for the Aventura Shopping project, where your main objective will be to delight the client through exceptional management, ensuring proper implementation and guaranteeing excellent results.

Your key role will consist of managing the technical execution and human relationships with different stakeholders, keeping interested parties informed about the development of the construction.

Project

This is the development of a new commercial and urban hub in the northern sector of Montevideo, with a total area of more than 150,000 m². The complex will house more than 120 commercial spaces dedicated to retail, gastronomy, and entertainment, as well as an 8,000 m² hypermarket, among other services that complete the offering.

The residential program will feature a 12,000 m² open public space and 4 towers totaling 70,000 m².

Requirements

• Licensed Architect
• More than 10 years of experience in similar positions on large-scale projects
• Own vehicle (highly valued)
• Developed skills in leadership, teamwork, client orientation, planning and organization, communication, and sense of urgency
