What Challenges Await You?

You will comprehensively manage the contract assigned to you, being its main reference, ensuring the agreed cost, time, and quality objectives are met. You will participate in significant architectural and commercial infrastructure developments, being responsible for negotiations with construction companies, subcontractors, and suppliers for various awards.

What Do We Expect from You?

• Graduated in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• Work experience leading project management teams and/or site management for more than 10 years (experience in site management for high-rise buildings is especially valued).
• Proficiency in software tools relevant to the role.
• Developed leadership, negotiation, analytical, and numerical skills.
• Intermediate/advanced English skills (desirable).
